To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanadaLottoRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CanadaLottoRadar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of Québec, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
